Fasch - Concerti & Overtures

Although considered as one of the most important composers during his lifetime, J.F. Fasch's works have remained undeservedly obscure. To mark the 320th anniversary of the composer's birth and the 250th of his death, the Basel Chamber Orchestra, which specialises in historic performing practice, has recorded four pieces by him, three of which have never been recorded before.
