'Selected studio recordings 1986-1995' reads the subhead. True, but not entirely accurate: it appears the Junkies' definition of 'studio' is fairly broad, ranging from garage to kitchen to church to temple.
Nonetheless, an excellent introduction to, or reaffirmation of, the junky cowboy sound that is known and loved by cafe owners from one end of Ponsonby Rd to the other.
