Originally released in 1982, 'Shango' featured a more defined, radio friendly "rock" edge, and contained two major hits for the Santana group, in the form of "Hold On" and "Nowhere to Run".
'Shango' first saw the light of day during August, 1982. It was notable for it's inclusion of the band's original keyboardist Greg Rolie, who rejoined for this album.
