Fu Manchu remain one of the most respected and credible bands to come out of the So Cal or "desert rock" music scene that also boasts Queens of the Stoneage and Kyuss, among others.
Fu Manchu have released over 6 full-length albums and have amassed a loyal following worldwide.
'Start The Machine' marks the band's first album of new material in over four years and the result is one of the most full on, yet diverse Fu Manchu albums ever.
Fu Manchu have been very visible in the downtime between albums, having contributed the theme song to the Discovery Channel's hit TV show, 'Monster Garage', as well as performing new songs on the show and also contributing their song "I'm Getting Away" to Jesse James' movie 'Motorcycle Mania 3'.
"Bottom line, Fu Manchu know their strengths and, having found their songwriting legs for good in the 2000s, have no intentions of veering into realms that would let down their fans - or themselves."
