From the first rave 15 years ago, to the advent of the "superclub" of today, the harder side of dance music has consistently grown into a massive global movement collecting new members all the time and one that's definitely here to stay. Hard dance music can be dark, nasty, tough, uplifting, fast, noisy, relentless, energetic and often misunderstood. And it's certainly not for the faint-hearted!

From Australia's Venom Recordings comes the inflammatory double disc compilation 'Hardbass Generation', compiled and mixed by two of Aus' leading players of the hard dance sound, DJs Nik Fish and Amber Savage. After the phenomenal success of their 'Hardstyle Generation' album, Nik and Amber have returned with this follow up to surpass anything they've released before.

Their mixes on 'Hardbass Generation' showcase their DJ talents and skills over the length of one disc each, as they feature the crème de la crème of the current artists, DJs and producers from all over the world.
