'La Diva' - a collection of operatic favourites and melodies announces the arrival of Katherine Jenkins on the international stage.

Katherine Jenkins' debut album 'Première' charted at #1 on the UK Classical Chart in April 2004 and remained there for eight weeks. 'Second Nature' was released in the UK October 2004, it too charted at #1, and was also a Top 20 hit in the pop chart. In the same year Katherine went on tour with Hayley Westenra and was the special guest on the Amici Forever UK tour. She finished the year off by being named the biggest-selling classical artist of the year in the UK.

2005 has been an equally busy year for Katherine. In January, she opened the Tsunami Benefit concert in the UK, performing alongside Eric Clapton, Keane and Snow Patrol. In April 2005 she toured the USA and Canada with Irish Tenor Ronan Tynan and in July she performed "Diva Las Vegas" in Las Vegas, a first for a classical performer.
