Emerging from West Auckland in 2003 with an aggressively-played, energetic, punk form of rock'n'roll, the Bleeders hit the live circuit with a vengeance, channelling their collective energy into delivering the most powerful, exciting, and uplifting shows possible. An EP, quickly followed by a further 2 singles led to signing with Universal NZ.

American producer Sal Villenueva was signed on to produce 'As Sweet as Sin' and recording took place across 2 months in Villenueva's hometown of New Jersey, USA. The months the Bleeders put in together on the road and in the rehearsal room meant that they were now collectively a finely-tuned assault unit possessing a hard rocking, blood on the floorboards, spit on the walls passion - which invests 'As Sweet As Sin' with soul-searing integrity.

Comprising the best songs from the band's career thus far, the album's range consolidates punk, rock, and hardcore inspiration into one astonishing record that will undoubtedly serve as a high-water mark that will be tough to beat.
