A treat some anyone who loves chamber music and who might be looking for something new.
• The Valerius Ensemble presents a highly attractive combination of chamber music works by Hindemith and Reger. This accessible repertoire is only rarely heard in the concert hall. The clarinet features in most of them.
• There are three clarinet quintets combined with the string trio by Reger, the sonata for trumpet and piano and the odd trio for piano, viola and heckelphone by Hindemith. The heckelphone is a kind of baritone oboe almost similar to the French hautbois baritone.
• A treat some anyone who loves chamber music and who might be looking for something new.
