Fictionplane is the brainchild of Joe Sumner (bass / lead vocals), who is an extremely talented individual and the son of music legend Sting. This power trio is completed by Seton Daunt (guitar) & Pete Wilhoit (drums).

The group's music moves between upbeat rock + Pink Floyd-esque progressive spaceyness. 'Left Side of the Brain', their third release following 'Everything WIll Never be OK' (2003) & 'BItter Forces and Lame Race Horses' (2005), showcases the bands unique mix of contemporary pop sensibilities & advanced instrumentation, which is sure to appeal to music lovers, both young & old.
