The group's music moves between upbeat rock + Pink Floyd-esque progressive spaceyness. 'Left Side of the Brain', their third release following 'Everything WIll Never be OK' (2003) & 'BItter Forces and Lame Race Horses' (2005), showcases the bands unique mix of contemporary pop sensibilities & advanced instrumentation, which is sure to appeal to music lovers, both young & old.
"Fictionplane sound like a vivid cross between The Police (well, they had to didn't they) + U2, as well as Canadian legends Rush. They were pretty gosh darn amazing when they opened for Sting and co. during The Police's recent shows here, and I'd recommend anyone into fine music to check out 'Left Side of the Brain', as it's awesome!"
