Tango

Originating from Spain or Morocco, the tango was introduced into the New World by Spanish travellers. Originally a solo female dance, it was later done by one or two couples walking together using castañets and was considered immoral with its flirting music! Although generally considered the easiest of the traditional ballroom dances (if you make a mistake, just tango!), it can also be the most fun.
