The original screen adaptation of William Golding's masterpiece of 20th century literature, LORD OF THE FLIES is a chilling moral tale about the nature of humanity. When their airplane crash-lands on a deserted island, the group of young boys are left without adults, and two strong personalities vie for leadership: the upstanding and practical Ralph and the cruel and power-hungry Jack, a rivalry which ultimately divides the once-unified group.
