'Polkapocalypse' is one highly anticipated New Zealand album, fully capturing the thrilling uniqueness of a Benka Boradovsky Bordello Band show.
The CD contains three originals, five traditional songs and two covers ("The Crack of Doom" by The Tigerlillies and "Too Drunk to Fuck" by The Dead Kennedys).
Seven tracks were studio-recorded with Jamie Newman, while three are sizzling live recordings made by Andre Upston for RNZ at the Monkey Magic launch at Galatos last year.
