Progressive metal veterans Dream Theater present 'Black Clouds & Silver Linings', their tenth studio recording.
The band commenced work on the album - their second for Roadrunner Records, following up 'Systematic Chaos' from 2007 - in October of 2008. Drummer Mike Portnoy and guitarist John Petrucci once again produced, while Paul Northfield mixed the record.
This special, limited 3-disc edition of 'Black Clouds & Silver Linings' includes the original album on the first CD; six newly recorded cover songs on the second disc; plus a third CD containing instrumental mixes.
