Since her win in the inaugural PlayItStrange PeaceSong competition with her song "Unite" and also the release of her debut album "One Road" in 2008, Holly has had a busy year learning the business of music and has continued to write songs prolifically. She won the Auckland Museum Lest We Forget poetry competition with her lyrics for "The Victory" and was invited to sing it in the WWII Hall of Memories on Anzac Day in April this year.
