From West Side Story to The Simpsons, Barber's Adagio (featured in the soundtracks of Platoon and The Elephant Man) and music by John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith, this recording captures all the excitement of some of the most popular movie and television soundtracks, arranged for brass quintet. Two years after its foundation, the Gomalan Brass Quintet won first prize in the prestigious 'Town of Passau' International Contest in Germany and now enjoys an international career.
