Enzo and Jacques are long-time friends and rivals. While they have lost contact over the years, they have never given up their passion for free diving. It is during a dive that Jacques first meets Johana, who is fascinated by his abilities, which are "more dolphin than human". But when Enzo and Jacques face off in a dive championship, their competitive nature leads them to participate in increasingly dangerous feats.
