Aaaarrrggh!!!

Yule was formed in early 2008, to support the release of front man Yule's debut CD 'Aaaarrrggh!!!' later in the year. Bringing to life and adding nitrous oxide to the already high powered and innovative music that Yule created as a solo artist, the band experience is unlike anything else on the shores of the New Zealand Isles. Yule mixes disparate influences from across the spectrum of popular music in a focused and energetic way.

Since the release of 'Aaaarrrggh!!!', Yule has performed live on national television as well as at the Pasifika Festival in Auckland that attracted around 200,000 people.

Recorded and mixed in North Dunedin and Grey Lynn between 2004 - 2008 'Aaaarrrggh!!!' was mastered at York Street Studios by Chris Winchcombe. "Night Night" was featured by Loop Recordings on their Air New Zealand Fashion Week CD in 2009 and "General Dislike" sat at the number one spot on the Radio One Top 11 and hung around for five weeks.
