'Duppy Writer' is a collection of Roots Manuva songs, reworked and remixed by producer Wrong Tom. The pair first worked together when Wrong Tom was asked to create a dub version of the Roots Manuva song "Buff Nuff" before the release of his 2008 album 'Slime & Reason'. Manuva was so pleased with the result he got Tom to remix a variety of songs from several of his albums, and 'Duppy Writer' is the result of this collaboration.
