'I Feel Like Playing', Ronnie Wood's first solo effort since his 'Not for Beginners' disc from 2001, comprises 12 tracks and features a stellar line-up of contributors plus two bonus cuts that are exclusive to this Australasian edition.
Ronnie Wood's 'I Feel Like Playing' is his first studio effort since 2001's 'Not for Beginners' and is by far his finest solo recording to date. Ronnie's personal career has always run alongside his stints in the Jeff Beck Group, the Faces and of course The Rolling Stones, and has enabled him to explore other aspects of his guitar playing as well as singing.
'I Feel Like Playing' comprises 12 tracks featuring a stellar line-up of contributors, including Eddie Vedder, Slash, Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Bobby Womack, Jim Keltner, Ian McLagan (The Faces), Kris Kristofferson, drummer Steve Ferrone, Waddy Wachtel and Rolling Stones friends Darryl Jones and Bernard Fowler, who also produced the album.
This Australasian release of 'I Feel Like Playing' also contains a couple of exclusive bonus cuts too, in the form of "I Gotta See (The Early Sessions)" and "Fancy Pants (The Early Sessions)".
