Australian band The Vines burst onto the world scene in 2002 with their debut album 'Highly Evolved' which spawned the garage rock anthem "Get Free". Nine years and three albums later, The Vines return with their fifth album 'Future Primitive'.
The album is a true return to their roots of 60 influenced garage rock! 'Future Primitive' was produced by Chris Colonna (from the Bumblebeez) and mixed in Paris by Julien Delfaud (Phoenix) with spiritual guidance from Philippe Zdar at his Motorbass Studio. The album is a true return to form, packed with the sort of killer hooks and melodic songwriting that gained them worldwide notoriety in the first place.
