Self-produced and recorded in The Horrors' own studio in London's Dalston, 'Skying' was mixed by Grammy Award winner Craig Silvey. It features ten brand new tracks and includes the lead single, "Still Life".
"You may know them as The Black Tubes from TV comedy show 'The Mighty Boosh' or the musical geniuses behind 2009's Mercury Prize-nominated 'Primary Colours', but what's important is that Southend's finest have now made their eagerly awaited return with the release of a third long-player. Self-produced and recorded in The Horrors' own studio in London's Dalston, 'Skying' was mixed by Grammy Award winner Craig Silvey. It features ten brand new tracks and includes the lead single, "Still Life". Post-punk revivalists, shoegazers or just plain old garage indie-rock... call them what you will... it matters not, you just need to hear 'Skying' - the sound of one of the best bands around making sweet love to your ears.
