Since 1971, Doldinger's band Passport has brought a funky groove to the table, creating unique psychedelic-fusion music. The German answer to Weather Report, they achieved a worldwide reputation with the line-up of Curt Kress (drums), Wolfgang Schmid (electric bass) and Kristian Schultze (keyboards). Since then Doldinger has been devoted to Passport; 30 albums later as well as nearly 3000 live appearances and tours through over 50 countries.
