Boy's debut album is an autobiographical affair, telling the story of two girls from different lands who met, became friends, began making music together, and struck a chord with everyone who heard them.

The debut album, 'Mutual Friends', is an autobiographical affair. Its 12 songs tell the story of two girls from different lands who met, became friends, began making music together, and struck a chord with everyone who heard them.
Beneath the sweet surface, Boy's songs reveal inventive twists, adding subtle experimental touches to a conventional pop palette of piano, guitar, drums and bass. A rotating roster of friends jumped in to play on the album, among them Phoenix's drummer Thomas Hedlund.
