Gifted troubadour James Taylor was first signed to The Beatles' Apple label and released his debut in 1969. Throughout the 70s he continued to build his reputation as one of pop's most beloved and influential recording artists. His hit streak continues to this day. He has four Grammys, inductions into both the Rock 'n' Roll and Songwriters Hall of Fame, and in 1998 he was honored with the Billboard Century Award. This is Taylor's 1970 breakthrough album, pressed on 180-gram HQ vinyl and mastered from the original analog tapes. Features all original packaging.
