A compilation from American Funk, Soul & Pop band Commodores. Forming in 1968 the band were signed to Berry Gordy's Motown Records in 1972 and went on to have some of the biggest global hits in the late 1970s and early 80s. Having the unique ability to straddle pop and MOR radio with both funk-driven tracks and easy listening ballads, the group found themselves gathering both chart hits and Grammy nominations throughout their illustrious career.
