'Himalayan' lands at a junction that's epic without sacrificing personality. It's The Band of Skulls' biggest sounding record yet, with 12 tracks of unadulterated rock 'n roll, full-throttle riffs and uncompromising form.
The artwork is a collaboration between the band, Danish born / Canadian based artist Lasse Smith & Phi Creative based in Montreal, who were responsible for the art direction on the band's first two albums. The soundwave of the track Himalayan was made into a sculpture using a 3D printer. It was then painted, computer manipulated before creating the final stunning image.
