Quincy Jones' soundtrack to the classic film The Italian Job with new artwork and liner notes by Johnny Trunk.
Quincy Jones was handed the task of producing the music score for The Italian Job as director Peter Collinson wanted to give the penniless musician a chance.
The Soundtrack includes includes "On Days Like These" sung by Matt Monro over the opening credits, and "Getta Bloomin' Move On" (usually referred to as "The Self-Preservation Society", after its chorus) during the climactic car chase. Lead actor Michael Caine is among its singers.
