Rooted & Grounded (2LP)

Rooted & Grounded, the debut album from Alpha Steppa, son and nephew of UK dub pioneers Alpha &Omega (greensleeves/VP). Now a talented producer in his own right, his productions connect the dots between the music which he has grown up around and the new generation of UK bass music of which he is a part. This album tells the story of Alpha Steppa and the life he's spent growing up in dub and reggae with his mum and auntie making dub and mum constantly having it on repeat. This album shows his deep roots in dub and reggae with some experimenting and extremely heavy bass.
