Vinyl Reissue! Released simultaneously with 'Lucky Town' in 1992, the soul-inflected Human Touch marks Bruce Springteen's first band record without the E Street Band.
Another first: collaborating on songwriting with co-producer Roy Bittan who also plays keyboards throughout. The core group is rounded out by drummer Jeff Porcaro (Toto) and bassist Randy Jackson (Journey).
Bruce has called this his "happy record," and it's clearly indicative of an artist searching for a new path.
The platinum-certified effort's hit title track was nominated for a Grammy for Best Rock Vocal Performance.
