Morten Topp was educated as a conductor at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and studied music at the University of Copenhagen. He also trained with Arvid Janssons at the Music Academy in St. Petersburg. Topp currently lectures at the University of Copenhagen, specializing in performance practice, conducting and instrumentation.
