The long-awaited re-issue. Sunday at Devil Dirt is the duo's second full‑length set, a slow‑burning, dust‑flecked collection of ballads and wayward blues. Former Belle & Sebastian member Isobel Campbell again writes, produces and arranges the album, while Mark Lanegan supplies that unmistakable baritone - the two locking together with the same "silk on cracked leather" chemistry that defined their debut.

Recorded between the Catskills and Glasgow, the record deepens their blend of alt‑country, folk and blues, but adds a stronger southern‑gothic undertow and a smoky, jazz‑tinged feel in places. It's full of haunted wanderings, narcotic tempos and beautifully weather‑beaten melodies, easily standing shoulder‑to‑shoulder with their first collaboration.
