Each individual order placed on Marbecks will be sent separately. Processing procedures do not allow for multiple orders to be combined and shipped together.
Delivery / Courier Charges
Marbecks offers free delivery within New Zealand for online purchases of CD/DVDs over NZD$150.00. If some of the items in your order are out of stock and you do not wish to wait until the entire order arrives, we offer the option of sending the items that are in stock straight away and then sending the remaining items once all have arrived. This will incur an additional shipping & handling charge on the 2nd delivery.
All orders of NZD$100 or more will be sent "signature required", so it may be appropriate to specify your work address for delivery -- otherwise someone will need to be at your home to sign for the goods.

Return Policy
Any goods with a manufacturing fault will be
- replaced with the same or
- repaired under warranty or
- If neither of these are achievable then a refund will be given.
We endeavour to give the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Overseas Mail Rates
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and packages are dispatched by Air Mail.
Shipping on multiple CD sets are calculated on a per-disc basis. (e.g. Double CDs are the same cost as sending two discs).

Note: An insurance fee of NZ$10.00 is part of the shipping cost to all orders sent to the South Pacific region.
GST Exemption
All prices contain 15.00% goods and services tax.
GST is automatically deducted from the checkout total on all export orders.

All personal details entered through Marbecks are protected by a Comodo verified SSL Encryption certificate (2048 bit), which protects confidential information from interception and hacking.
Information sent to Marbecks cannot be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than Marbecks.
