'Ingenue' was Katherine Dawn Lang's superb, fifth album and its lyrical content is all about desire and obsession. Originally released in 1992, 'Ingenue' was a landmark recording as K.D. moved away from her country roots and embraced a mainstream audience.
This lovely album contains some truly passionate songs with stunning arrangements - including "Constant Craving" (for which she won a Grammy Award for "Best Pop Vocal Performance"), "Miss Chatelaine" and "Still Thrives This Love", on which K.D. sings very emotionally with her fabulously expressive voice.
